I present ideas that foster the growth of cooperation and self-realisation in business.

It is the coming together of ideas gained from over 30 successful years of management experience in the IT industry.  The overarching theme has been how much I enjoy helping people succeed in business.  Elon Musk likened starting a business to eating glass and staring into the abyss but it doesn't have to be so. Running a business can be a joyful and profitable experience if you set it up along conscious lines.  I have been a student of conscious business all my life and know how it works and how it is straightforward to implement.

Over these years I have been a polytechnic lecturer in business and computing, co-owned Nelson's largest and most successful computer company, Computerland Nelson, and Zac Software Ltd a leading-edge software development and support company. 

Now, I am using that expertise in IT, accounting systems, and conscious business methods to help companies become more profitable with less stress.
